Okiki Podcast Episode 49: How to be a Rich College Student with Brandon Miranjie
Is it possible to create wealth as a college student? Millenial? In 2021 the majority of stereotypes around being a millennial and a student claim the exact opposite of wealth. Millennials and students are known for being broke, in a world where the cost of living and education has increased dramatically in comparison to the time of their parents. Is there an opportunity even in today’s economy for millennial to be rich?
Brandon Miranjie is a student at the University of Western Ontario. He is a personal finance blogger and runs the RCS Blog on TheRichCollegeStudent. He wanted to start a blog to be able to document some of his ideas while providing insight into the financial world that revolves around us. He has always had a passion for finance and believes that there is a lack of education for people in the transitory stages of their life, such as high school to college or college to their working careers. He hopes his blog can change the relationship young people have with money.
